Just released as a Magnum in very limited quantities! Go large or go home! With over 7 years lees ageing. Delightful brightness in the mouth, the toast and racy freshness is just delicious, retaining elegance and poise. With a very prominent acidity thanks to very low dosage. This would be austere if it wasn't for the luscious fruit and generous complexity. Lovely brioche aromatics, aided by two thirds of the base wine being fermented in oak.
