This barrel fermented Chardonnay has aromas of baked apple with a hint of lemon. The nine months spent in three year old French oak barrels has added a rich texture to the wine, perfectly balanced by crisp acidity. Flavours of stone fruit and apple on the palate lead to a lengthy finish.
