This elegant Blanc de Blanc made of 100 % from estate grown Chardonnay grapes. 44 months on lees. A light golden colour with fine and delicate long mousse. Aromas of lemon sherbet and smooth soft honey lead into fresh pastry and characters of toasted brioche. The palate is rounded and soft, offering generous and elegant notes of green apple, lemon zest `and a touch of baked nuts with long and complex finish.
