This complex rosé wine boasts a luscious crimson colour following an extended period of skin contact. On the nose it has delightfully fruity aromas of blueberries and strawberries. This wine offers up a generous palate of rich cherry flavours, moving from red cherries to glacé cherries and then creamy strawberries. The lovely texture and weight from the residual sugar and well integrated tannins is balanced by a superb freshness.
The grapes for this wine were machine harvested in September 2025 from Greyfriars 2011, Pinot and Monkshatch Far Plots. The final wine is a blend of four different components. 15% of the blend was fermented on skins for 7 days. 85% was soaked for 18 hours prior to pressing. 33% of the wine was left with residual sugar and only 50 % of the wine was put through malolactic fermentation.

Customer Review:
I bought a bottle of your Rosé at the Woking Food Festival on Saturday and my husband and I have just drunk it tonight for our wedding anniversary. It tastes fantastic! I only like dry rosé and this is one of the best I have tasted! We both really enjoyed it and even better to drink something made locally.
