Our very own English sparkling wine, grown on The Hogs Back in Surrey. This classic cuvée from 2015 is made for us by the lovely people at Greyfriars Vineyard. A blend of 61% Chardonnay, 23% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier, with over 7 years ageing on its lees. An elegant and complex wine with layers of citrusy fruits and a vibrant mineral finish.
