Crisp and floral, this is a stunning Bacchus grown and made in West Sussex in the South Downs National Park. Bags of elderflower on the nose and gooseberry on the palate. The green-sand soil the grapes are grown on gives a nettley minerality like a top New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
