The Valentine Special comprises chicken, duck and pheasant, expertly combined together so that each bird cooks simultaneously. Luxury gluten free pork stuffing is added for a melt-in-the-mouth texture and succulent flavours. Drizzle over Truffle Honey from the Truffle Hunter to complete the decadence.
