Nutbourne Nutty Vintage 2017 West Sussex 12%
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay
Winemaker: Owen Elias
Tasting Note: From some of the oldest vines in the country, planted 40 years ago. Fresh brioche nose, biscuit colour, slight pink tinge from the Pinot Noir, off dry and fruity.

Upperton Nebula 2018 West Sussex 12%
Grapes: 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier
Winemaker: Liam Idlikowski
Tasting Note: The suggestion of pink in this pale gold wine hints at the Pinot Noir dominance. Aromas of peach, apple and strawberry are found on the nose and palate along with brioche flavours from the wine's ageing. All this is perfectly balanced by the refreshing citrus notes.

Hawkins Bros Brut Reserve 2014 Surrey 12%
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
Winemaker: Mike Wagstaff
Tasting Note: Our very own English sparkling wine. A classic cuvée from 2014,  made and grown on the Hogs Back in Surrey. This classic blend has had over five years lees ageing giving it a wonderfully soft mousse and a well integrated balance. A Gold medal winner at the IEWA 2019.

Hidden Spring Classic Cuvée 2018 East Sussex 12%
Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
Winemaker: David McNally
Tasting Note: Silver Medal winner at IWC 2021 one of the first sparkling releases from the amazing harvest that was 2018. Fresh, zingy lemon and lime with a hint of aniseed. Then the red fruit notes take over and show the richness of this wine.

The Grange Classic NV Hampshire 12%
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
Winemaker: Emma Rice
Tasting Note: From the Baring family estate overlooking the River Itchen in Hampshire and made by the celebrated Emma Rice at Hattingley Valley. This wine is a lovely follow-up to their Gold medal-winning 2015 CLASSIC and exhibits an intriguing complexity at this stage, thanks in part to the addition of the Reserve from that 2015.

Stopham Estate Brut 2015 West Sussex 12%
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
Winemaker: Simon Woodhead
Tasting Note: Slightly better known for his multi-award-winning still wines, Simon has produced a wonderfully fruit forward sparkler from his vineyard in West Sussex.
