Dermot Sugrue is one of England's most successful sparkling wine producers.
Hailing from Ireland he cut his teeth as head winemaker at Nyetimber before heading off and setting up the winery at Wiston Estate just north of Worthing. Dermot is a prolific winemaker working with many estates to perfect their wines. His phenomenal palate and ability have been rewarded with gold and platinum medals across many international competitions.
