This 100% Chardonnay is a stunning wine with more than four years lees ageing and a further year on the cork. This manages to combine the appley-ness you’d expect from a blanc de blanc, with the wonderful softness and biscuity nose from such a long time on its lees. Grown and made in the West Sussex village of Nutbourne, adjacent to its much bigger neighbour Nyetimber.
